Cherry Creek

Last week my wife Jules and I had the privilege of guiding a group of High Schoolers from Cherry Creek. It was a powerful week and one that seems like it will have lasting effects on the participants. Jules and I have been learning a ton about the power of agreements that we make in our own lives and how untrue things seem truer and truer the more time we give them in our own heads.
This was our primary focus with our friends from Cherry Creek, to look at the lies in our lives that we were empowering by agreeing with. Truth was spoken, some lives were changed, and lives are continuing to change. I am proud of our new friends, for their courage, honesty and willingness to go to those hard places boldly.
I am going back on the trail tomorrow with Angie Bogenrief for a week, and the the following week with the first APG trip of the summer. I am super excited about both trips and expectant in the Fathers plans for these trips.
